MY PHILOSOPHY:
As a trainer, I want to help clients become the best version of themselves, mentally & physically. To do this, I stick to 2 main mottos: 1) always strive to be 1% better & 2) don’t compare yourself to where others are at in their fitness journey. Though it may be intimidating to start one’s fitness journey, I hope my clients realize that they are not alone. Whether it’s pushing clients to set new goals or being there for them as a listening ear, I want my clients to know that I am here for them.
DEGREE(S) & SCHOOL:
I graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary studies with a concentration in pre-physical therapy.
CERTIFICATIONS:
I currently hold certifications for Red Cross First aid/CPR, NASM personal training, & Stretchlab Flexologist training.
A FUN FACT ABOUT ME:
I learned to drive manual when I was 14 and currently drive a manual car named “Emmanuel.”
